  • What should you do in case you did not receive account activation email?
    • Please check spam folders.
    • Please try from a different Email address.
  • What should you do in case your bank account has been debited but the portal is saying that your application is not complete?
    • Send an email to nbhmexams@nbhmexams.in:
      • Subject line: "Payment issue" followed by your name.
      •   Please include all relevant details like email, name, and a phone number where you can be reached.
    • Incomplete emails will be ignored.
    • It will take us time to respond.   You need to be patient.
    • The money might be returned to your bank account by the payment gateway.  This usually takes several days.   In this case,  you need to apply again.
    • It takes several working days for us to know if we have received your payment. If we have received it,  then you can rest assured that we will process your application.    
    • We have no way of tracking your payment in real time.
