- Subject line: "Payment issue" followed by your name.
- Please include all relevant details like email, name,
and a phone number where you can be reached.
- Incomplete emails will be ignored.
- It will take us time to respond. You need to
be patient.
- The money might be returned to your bank account by the payment gateway. This
usually takes several days. In this case, you need to apply again.
- It takes several working days for us to know if we have received your payment.
If we have received it, then you can rest assured that we will process your
application.
- We have no way of tracking your payment in real time.
